This is an exciting opportunity for a General Manager
To lead a busy, premium, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operation within a large hotel environment.
This is a senior role overseeing breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar trade and a significant Conference & Banqueting business. Ideal for a people-focused, commercially driven operator who thrives in high-volume premium hospitality.
The Role
- Full ownership of the F&B operation
- Lead and develop a management team (Bar, Head Chef, Service & Sales/C&B)
- Full P&L responsibility (labour, stock, budgets, forecasting)
- Deliver exceptional guest experience across all outlets.
- Drive revenue through food, wet sales, events and conferencing
- Recruit, train and develop large teams
- Ensure H&S, compliance and operational standards
- Manage peak trading periods and fluctuating volumes

The Business
High volume premium branded restaurant and bar operation with some conference and banqueting.
Requirements
- Proven GM experience in premium branded high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong people leader and natural host
- Commercially astute with solid P&L experience
- Confident managing pressure and high footfall
- Strong beverage knowledge
- Experience in Conference & Banqueting highly desirable
