Homeware & Entertainment Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Set-up and position our Tu and Habitat brands, alongside our entertainment, electrical and stationery ranges, ensuring they are customer-focused and appealing
  • Move products seasonally and replenish stock using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to maintain store displays
  • Build deep product knowledge to confidently recommend items, promotions, and services to customers
  • Work flexibly across the store to support customer needs
  • Actively engage with customers, providing advice, addressing inquiries, and offering proactive assistance
