Homeware & Entertainment Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Set-up and position our Tu and Habitat brands, alongside our entertainment, electrical and stationery ranges, ensuring they are customer-focused and appealing
- Move products seasonally and replenish stock using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to maintain store displays
- Build deep product knowledge to confidently recommend items, promotions, and services to customers
- Work flexibly across the store to support customer needs
- Actively engage with customers, providing advice, addressing inquiries, and offering proactive assistance
