General Merchandise Assistant
Role: Sales Staff (Homewares, Electrical, Stationery & Entertainment)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and position Tu and Habitat brands, along with entertainment, electrical, and stationery ranges to appeal to customers
- Replenish product stock across the department, including:
- Moving stock as trends and seasons change
- Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg)
- Build in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions to assist customers with findings and recommendations
- Demonstrating flexibility to cover multiple departments as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service by:
- Responding promptly to customer queries with advice
- Anticipating customer needs and offering proactive assistance
