Key Responsibilities
- Taking full responsibility for managing our non-food products, ensuring they are presented exceptionally—delighting our customers every time.
- Overseeing daily operations from the shop floor to the warehouse, maintaining seamless functionality across all areas.
- Coordinating people management, including:
- Managing performance and capability
- Conducting disciplinaries
- Ensuring accuracy in scheduling and payroll
- Assuming overall store responsibility at times, providing clear direction and support to colleagues to meet customer expectations.

- Have previously managed teams in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Essential Requirements
- Customer Experience Expertise:
- A traction record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Evidence of coaching colleagues to continually raise performance standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Proven track record of leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing industry (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, drive high performance, and foster a thriving workplace culture.
- Operational Management:
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments where daily operations, problem-solving, and team alignment are critical.
- Field-proven success in areas like sales, stock control, customer satisfaction, and engagement.
- Employee Relations & Leadership:
- Hands-on experience handling people management—including performance reviews, absence handling, and formal employee relations cases—with confidence and fairness.
