Job Title: General Nurse Location: Norwich Hourly Rate: £20.17 – £30.00 Are you an experienced Registered General Nurse looking for a flexible and rewarding community role? We’re seeking motivated clinicians who value flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community. This role offers autonomy, purpose, and the chance to support individuals in the comfort of their own homes. What’s Great About This Role 1‑hour appointment slots, giving you maximum flexibility Choose as many sessions as you like — you're fully in control Simple, app‑based booking system to manage your schedule Opportunities to earn additional pay based on appointment type and complexity Enhanced Pay Rates We offer enhanced pay rates, with additional top‑up bonuses when specific clinical skills are used during appointments: £20.17 – £30.00 per appointment (rate varies based on skills used) Your clinical expertise will directly support individuals in their own homes, improving convenience, comfort, and access to essential care. Key Requirements Minimum 6 months nursing experience Own vehicle and willingness to travel up to ~60 miles Weekday availability (cannot be in full time employment elsewhere) Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient focused approach Ability to work independently and manage your own workload To Be Successful in This Role You Should Have: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin General nursing experience within a clinical setting Strong clinical skills and solid knowledge of nursing best practices A compassionate, patient‑focused approach to care Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems Immediate Right to Work in the UK
