Description

Team Overview:

The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures:

  • All contractual obligations are met
  • High standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction

Role Overview:

Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a General Operative to support our growing teams.


Job Title | General Operative

Location | Banbridge (Head Office office) Hours | Monday to Thursday: 7am-5pm, Friday: 7am-4pm. Salary | Competitive (depending on experience) Responsible to | Site Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting the Fabrication and Assembly Team
  • Training on Saw and Beveller (to cover absenteeism when needed)
  • Supporting the Material Preparation Area
