Description
Team Overview:
The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures:
- All contractual obligations are met
- High standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
- Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction

Role Overview:
Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a General Operative to support our growing teams.
Job Title | General Operative
Location | Banbridge (Head Office office) Hours | Monday to Thursday: 7am-5pm, Friday: 7am-4pm. Salary | Competitive (depending on experience) Responsible to | Site Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting the Fabrication and Assembly Team
- Training on Saw and Beveller (to cover absenteeism when needed)
- Supporting the Material Preparation Area
