Job Title: Assembly Operator – Heat Exchangers (Onsite)

What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling aluminum and steel heat exchangers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Degreasing components
- Assembly of matrix components
- Running Heat Treatment Ovens
- Running Drop Quench Ovens
- Implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Following EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety) protocols
- Receiving comprehensive training in all phases of matrix manufacturing operations, including:
- Heat transfer matrix build
- EH&S compliance
You will work across shifts, including AM, PM, and night shifts, as required.

Required Qualifications
While candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, Collins Aerospace prefers:
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous manufacturing industry experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Ability to work to high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to shift work when needed
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong drive, enthusiasm, and discipline to achieve results
- Proficiency in adhering to Health & Safety and Environmental policies
- Strong teamwork and communication skills across all levels
