Generation People is currently hiring for and working with several well-established companies based in Chesterfield, and due to this, we are looking for a number of General operators and assemblers for various clients in and around Chesterfield.

We are looking for someone who can work in a sometimes fast-paced environment and can produce a high standard of work, as our clients works in various sectors.
Daily Duties For General Operatives Include
- Assembly of products to bespoke designs and client specifications.
- Working on the bench and/or operating various machinery
- Quality checking own work
- Operating various hand tools
- Assisting with packing and despatch of completed products ready for delivery.
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Any other associated duties within this role

Candidate Requirements
- Conscientious and hard working.
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing or production work would be advantageous.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination & attention to detail.
- Team Player and able to work on own initiative.
