Operator – East Kilbride

About the Role

Joining us as an Operator at our East Kilbride site, you’ll support high-value manufacturing processes by completing key tasks such as:

  • Masking details, blast cleaning, and spray application

Your role is critical in ensuring quality, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment.


Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Quality:
    • Follow all customer directions from drawings or Procurement Change Documents (PCDs)
    • Complete and sign-off Supplier Corrective Disposition (SCD) records and relevant documentation
    • Ensure all process documentation aligns with ISO standards and company procedures

Person Specification

  • Basic computer skills required
  • Experience in heavy industry or manufacturing environment preferred

    • Competent communicator with clear, professional written/spoken English
  • Fast learner, eager to develop within the manufacturing sector
