We are part of an international renewable energy group delivering large-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects across the United Kingdom and Europe. Our activities support the energy transition through the safe, efficient construction of solar PV parks in compliance with UK legislation and industry standards. To support our site operations, we are seeking General Operators to join our construction teams on solar PV projects in the UK. This is a full-time position under an employment contract, suitable for reliable individuals who are ready to work in an outdoor construction environment. The General Operator supports on-site construction activities, assisting skilled workers and ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.

Main responsibilities: Perform general construction and site preparation works, including basic ground works and material handling; Assist with the installation of mounting structures and PV equipment under supervision; Support electricians, installers, and other site operatives; Load, transport, and secure tools, materials, and equipment; Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely; Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety on site; Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor or Construction Manager; Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.
Your profile: No formal education required; basic literacy is necessary; Basic understanding of construction activities and health & safety rules; Physically fit and willing to perform manual labour outdoors; Reliable, disciplined, and safety-conscious; Able to work independently and as part of a team.
