Beach Baker is working in partnership with an established and highly respected independent property consultancy to recruit a Commercial Property Surveyor for their South West team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-rounded commercial practice, offering a broad range of professional services across landlord and tenant, agency, and general consultancy. The role provides exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across both urban and regional markets. The Role You will be involved in a wide range of general practice work, including: Acquisitions and disposals (sales and lettings) Landlord & Tenant instructions (lease renewals and rent reviews) General commercial property consultancy Client liaison and relationship management Supporting business development activities This is a varied role offering strong career development potential within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
