About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As the General Practitioner, you will:
- Conduct video-based new patient assessments, evaluating medical suitability for treatment in collaboration with:
- Head of Clinical Services
- Independent Prescribing Pharmacists
- Nurses
- Consultants
- Take thorough medical histories and apply strong clinical judgement to guide time-efficient care decisions.
- Act as an escalation point for complex safeguarding issues, supporting governance processes alongside the governance team.
- Provide advice for complex clinical queries.
- Contribute to training and upskilling clinical teams.
- Ensure accurate, compliant patient records adhere to governance protocols.
- Offer clear, supportive guidance to patients on their treatment journey.
- Collaborate across a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe prescribing pathways.
- Help develop innovative patient pathways and clinical processes.

Requirements
Essential:
- GMC-registered GP with a valid UK license to practice.
- 5+ years’ post-registration clinical experience.
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in digital-first and hybrid environments.
- Passion for health tech, innovation, and emerging therapies.
- Excellent communication skills and digital fluency.
Desirable:
-Experience in telemedicine or digital health.
- Background in:
- Pain management
- Neurology
- Mental health
- Complex chronic conditions
