Rate: £600 per session

About The Role
We are working with a local Practice to recruit a General Practitioner (GP) to support their team on a locum basis, working Tuesday and Thursday, with optional Fridays available if desired.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-organised and supportive practice, offering a manageable workload and strong administrative systems to support clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care consultations (face-to-face and/or telephone)
- Manage a routine and acute patient caseload
- Provide safe and effective clinical decision-making and patient management
- Complete clinical documentation in line with practice and NHS standards
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team

Practice Overview
- Average list size of approximately 6,500 patients
- Standard 15-minute appointments
- Heidi transcription software in place to support documentation
- Automated lab reporting systems
- Docman workflow system with typically 7–10 letters per day
- On-site parking available for staff

What We’re Looking For
- GMC registered GP with Licence to Practise
- Experience working in UK primary care
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
