Homes for Support is looking for an experienced and reliable General Property Maintenance Worker to join our busy team in Crewe. We are committed to creating safe, welcoming and well-maintained environments for children and young people. About The Role
This is a varied maintenance position, working as part of a team. Duties will include general repairs, property improvements and planned maintenance work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities Include:
General property maintenance and repairs Painting and decorating Basic building and repair work Supporting refurbishment and improvement projects Responding to maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Previous experience and tools for property maintenance, building or a similar hands-on role Good all-round DIY and maintenance skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated approach Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence
