As a General Sales Assistant, you’ll ensure our customers receive exceptional service—because they are at the heart of what we do. Your responsibilities include:
- Advising customers while upholding Matalan’s Values through high energy, adaptability, and a customer-first approach
- Supporting sales goals with enthusiasm
- Working across:
- The shop floor (product visibility, merchandising)
- Till operations (efficient checkout processes)
- Storage/stock room (order handling, restocking)
