At Jaguar Land Rover Wolverhampton, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career and lead a high-performing Sales Team. This is your chance to drive beyond the possible in a dynamic environment filled with inspirational people and career growth opportunities.

You will have full support from the Head of Business to develop, motivate, inspire, and elevate the team’s sales performance by providing guidance, resources, and the energy to maximise both individual and collective success.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Leader, you will:

  • Lead your Sales Team—inspire their motivation and deliver expert coaching to ensure targets and sales goals are met.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service—maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores to enhance reputation.
  • Uphold compliance—implement manufacturer standards and FCA regulations, ensuring fair financial advice and legal obligations are met.

Your role extends beyond sales, covering operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and team motivation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
