About the Role
Are you an experienced automotive sales leader looking for an exciting opportunity with one of the world’s most iconic motorcycle brands?
At Vertu BMW Motorrad Exeter, we are seeking a driven and inspirational General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success.

About the Role
As General Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing sales team, including Business Managers, Sales Executives, and support colleagues. Through effective coaching, leadership, and customer engagement, you will foster a culture focused on delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Driving new and used motorcycle sales performance
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve ambitious targets
- Managing the sales process and ensuring a first-class customer journey
- Maximising profitability through the sale of finance and associated products
- Delivering successful sales campaigns and promotional activity
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, integrity, and customer care
- Creating an environment where customers return and recommend us with confidence
About You
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results within the motor retail industry.
