Role: General Service Assistant (Defence Team at RMA Sandhurst)
Aramark UK is recruiting a General Service Assistant to join our defence team at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. This is a permanent flexible role, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and dynamic environments. Occasional support at CTC Frimley may be required.
You’ll primarily work front-of-house, supporting daily operations by:
- Serving food and beverages
- Operating tills
- Maintaining clean dining areas
- Assisting front and back-of-house teams
Reporting directly to the General Manager on-site.

What You’ll Do
Flexible role where daily tasks may vary. Expected core responsibilities include:
- Bar & barista work
- Waiting tables
- Washing up & general cleaning
- Serving food & beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic)
- Processing payments & operating tills accurately
- Maintaining hygiene standards in dining areas
- Supporting stock rotation & replenishment
- Upholding health & safety protocols

Requirements
- Desirable: Previous customer service or catering experience (training provided)
- Required:
- Proficiency in spoken English
- 18+ years old
- UK work eligibility + 3+ years UK residency (for security clearance)
