General Service Assistant

Reach for Remarkable

Location: RAF Leeming, Northallerton, DL7 9NJ

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract type: Permanent, part-time, 30 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)

Shift times: Variable between early and late shifts

What you’ll do:

As a General Service Assistant, you’ll be front and centre in delivering a welcoming experience to our customers. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Serving food and beverages with a smile
  • Operating tills and handling payments
  • Keeping dining and service areas clean and tidy
  • Supporting both front and back of house operations
  • Upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Reporting to the on-site General Manager.

What we’re looking for:

  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a bonus – but not essential, full training provided
  • Must be 18+
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years (security clearance required).
  • Reliable transport due to limited public transport options
