About The Role
We are looking for a General Showroom Manager in waiting to join the team in the North London area, must be able to commute to local showrooms.
You will be influential in helping to build high achieving design teams across multiple showrooms in your designated area. Once fully trained and an opportunity arises, there will be the potential to take on the exciting responsibility of managing your own showroom!
We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus bonus (OTE £52K) plus paid travel expenses.

Main Responsibilities:
- Train and work with experienced managers in some of our showrooms of excellence, learning the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom.
- Work with both General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well-rounded Wren manager.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Significant experience gained in a big-ticket retail environment with £multi-million targets
- A sales-driven approach with a proven track record of success
