The Role
As General Store Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the success of a flagship store, leading a passionate and high-performing team of 40+ colleagues. As the General Store Manager, you will drive commercial performance, create an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the highest standards across every aspect of the operation.

The day to day:
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate a team of 40+ to achieve outstanding results.
- Customer Experience: Create a culture where exceptional service is delivered consistently, building lasting customer relationships.
- Drive Performance: Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Commercial Leadership: Use data and insight to identify opportunities, maximise performance, and respond to market trends.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistently high standards.
- People Development: Build a strong leadership team through coaching, succession planning, and continuous development.
What you will bring to our store:
- An accomplished General Store Manager with a proven track record of managing large, high-volume retail teams.
