The Role
As Generative AI Designer, you will create compelling visual content that brings our products, campaigns and brand to life across paid media, social media, CRM, retail and digital channels.
Working closely with Global Brand, Performance Marketing and Regional Marketing teams, you will develop high-quality static and motion creative that enables our markets to execute campaigns consistently while maintaining the premium standards expected of one of Britain's most iconic motorcycle brands.
Alongside exceptional design craft, you will help evolve Norton's creative capability through the adoption of AI-powered design tools and workflows. Using platforms such as Figma Make/Weave, Adobe Creative Suite and emerging generative AI technologies, you will improve both the quality and efficiency of creative production while ensuring every output reflects the Norton's distinctive visual identity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and production of premium creative assets across paid media, social media, CRM, retailer communications, websites and campaign toolkits
- Deliver high-quality static, motion and video content that reflects Norton's premium design language while meeting the practical needs of regional marketing teams across multiple international markets
- Create engaging motion graphics, animation and short-form video content that showcases Norton's products and campaigns across digital channels
- Produce assets optimised for platform best practice while balancing creative excellence with commercial effectiveness
- Use AI-powered creative tools including Figma Make/Weave, Adobe Firefly and other emerging technologies to accelerate concept development, creative production and asset adaptation
- Continuously explore new workflows that improve quality, efficiency and consistency without compromising creative standards
- Translate global campaign master assets into market-ready creative for regional teams across Europe, North America and Asia
- Ensure every adaptation maintains brand consistency while meeting local market requirements, channel specifications and campaign objectives
- Develop scalable templates, design systems and production frameworks that enable regional marketing teams to efficiently create and deploy on-brand communications
- Maintain organised asset libraries and ensure version control across campaign assets
- Partner closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate strategic briefs into compelling creative executions
- Collaborate with external agencies and production partners where required to deliver integrated campaigns
- Support the development of campaign concepts through mood boards, visual exploration, presentation design and creative direction
- Champion Norton's premium visual identity across every customer touchpoint and ensure the highest standards of creative craft are maintained
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring all assets are delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard
- Review outputs for quality, consistency and technical accuracy across all channels and formats

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven Experience in graphic design, motion design or creative production, ideally within automotive, luxury, premium consumer brands or creative agencies
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across digital design, motion graphics and social-first creative is essential
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with strong experience creating motion graphics, digital advertising, social media content and campaign assets across multiple digital platforms
- Practical experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Figma Make/Weave, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT or equivalent technologies to enhance creative development and production
- Comfortable experimenting with new tools and integrating them into everyday creative workflows
- Strong understanding of digital production techniques, platform specifications and content optimisation across paid social, organic social, CRM, web and retailer communications
- Able to balance exceptional creative standards with efficient production at scale
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling
- Able to translate brand strategy into compelling creative executions that reinforce Norton's premium positioning across every customer touchpoint
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced global marketing environment while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail and delivery against deadlines
- A confident communicator who works effectively across marketing, product, commercial and regional teams
- Able to present creative ideas clearly, respond positively to feedback and build strong working relationships across the organisation
- Passionate about design, emerging technologies and creative innovation
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning new tools, challenging existing ways of working and helping evolve Norton's creative capability
