Digital Innovation / AI Specialist
📍 Location: [Location/Hybrid]
💰 Salary: £55k
🕒 Type: Full-Time | Permanent
We're looking for a Digital Innovation / AI Specialist to help drive the adoption of AI across our organisation. Working within our Digital Innovation team, you'll design, build and support AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes and deliver business value.
What You'll Be Doing
- ✅ Building and deploying AI-powered business solutions.
- ✅ Developing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and automation solutions.
- ✅ Working with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
- ✅ Supporting AI governance, security and compliance initiatives.
- ✅ Creating user guidance, training materials and adoption resources.
- ✅ Researching emerging AI technologies and innovation opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- Experience with AI, automation, analytics or technology solutions.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.

Nice to Have
- Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Services experience.
- Power Automate knowledge.
- Python, SQL or API integration experience.
- Microsoft AI, Azure or Power Platform certifications.
