We’re seeking a senior Generative AI Engineer to spearhead the development and scaling of intelligent applications that deliver measurable improvements.
The Role
In this strategic yet hands-on position, you’ll:
- Architect and deploy next-generation generative AI solutions using LLMs, multi-agent systems, and automated reasoning frameworks.
- Partner with external Product, Design, and Operations teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Lead both breakthrough projects and the broader AI roadmap, ensuring solutions align with technical and commercial goals.
You’ll build systems from the ground up—syntax to stack—while shaping the company’s future.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Engineer production-ready GenAI applications using frameworks like:
- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen for agentic systems
- RAG pipelines for domain-specific capabilities
- Develop state-of-the-art multi-agent architectures (including hierarchical, swarm, and complex-equipped systems) for automation.
- Support multi-modal modeling (text, vision, voice) across conversational AI.

Integration & Scaling
- Integrate GenAI into business platforms like WordPress for internal tools, or Salesforce for customer-facing enhancements.
- Weave AI agents into real-time workflows for smarter property maintenance and customer service.
Oversight & Mentorship
- Lead architectural decision-making for AI systems, fostering responsible AI compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices and supportive growth culture.
Requirements
Technical Proficiency
- 5+ years in AI/ML with 1+ years focused on Generative AI, NLP, or LLMs.
- Expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience in building and scaling GenAI systems at scale.
- Working knowledge of RAG implementation and LLM fine-tuning.
- Proficiency in multi-agent frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Cloud/enterprise selections experience:
- Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, or Azure AI for MLOps.
- CI/CD integration for GenAIOps and model monitoring.
- Security by design: Experience in Responsible AI, fairness, explainability, and ethical compliance.
- Multi-disciplinary integration: Voice-enabled chatbots or hybrid AI systems.

Performance & Collaboration
- Ability to translate technical innovation to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery.
Preferred (but not mandated)
- AI Ethicist or regulatory experience in adherence/fairness.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), or knowledge graphs.
- Basic industry exposure to property services or maintenance automation.
