Senior Generative AI Product Manager
Hybrid (2-3 days a week on-site in London) Financial Services
About the Role
Our leading financial services client is seeking a Generative AI Product Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge MVP and scalable solutions using the latest AI capabilities. You’ll collaborate with AI LAB, Technical Teams, and Business Units to deliver high-value products and real-world use cases—bridging the gap from proof of concept to full deployment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design & Implement Gen AI (LLM) Solutions: Architect and deliver Gen AI solutions across global markets, leveraging Large Language Models and emerging AI technologies.
- Lifecycle Performance Management: Continuously monitor, measure, and optimize solution performance, using data analytics to drive improvements and growth.
- Strategic Prioritization: Work with stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize high-impact use cases, allocating resources efficiently.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a GTM Product Management team, ensuring alignment with best practices and effective execution of use cases.
- Research & Innovation: Stay avant-garde on AI advancements and market trends, anticipating future directions.
- Collaborate Closely: Partner with AI-LLM Product Teams to shape capabilities, remove blockers, and maximize solution reuse across business functions.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience:
- Building and deploying technical AI solutions (including LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures).
- Transitioning prototypes from concept to scalable production.
- Expertise in Python programming with a focus on AI workflows. -Strong understanding of LLM architecture, algorithms, and prompt engineering.

Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and generative AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI lifecycle: prototyping, validation, deployment, and performance tuning.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing methodologies.
Soft Skills & Collaboration
- Technical storytelling skills to demonstrate value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset for ideating high-roI solutions.
- Agile & cross-functional agility, thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Contract & Work Model
- Hybrid arrangement (2-3 days/week on-site in London).
