Generative AI Trainer

Generative AI Trainer (UK Region – Remote)

Location: Remote (UK Time Zone)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Generative AI Trainer to design, deliver, and manage structured training programs focused on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI development frameworks. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high-quality training to learners and professionals in the UK region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions on Generative AI, LLMs, and AI applications
  • Conduct live virtual classes, workshops, and hands-on coding sessions
  • Design and update curriculum, modules, and learning materials
  • Guide learners in building real-world GenAI projects and applications
  • Mentor learners on capstone and portfolio development
  • Evaluate assignments, assessments, and learner performance
  • Support interview preparation and career readiness
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate them into training

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Development
  • Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and LLM ecosystems

Technical Skills

  • Python programming
  • Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Prompt engineering techniques
  • OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Hugging Face
  • LangChain / LlamaIndex / AI agent frameworks
  • Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building GenAI-based applications (chatbots, copilots, AI agents)
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Experience with international learners (UK/Europe)
  • Background in EdTech or corporate training
  • Strong portfolio, GitHub projects, or published AI work
