We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Generative AI Trainer to deliver engaging, practical, and career-focused training programmes for learners across the UK.
Role Overview
As a Generative AI Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive training sessions on modern AI technologies, helping learners build practical skills in:
- Generative AI
- Prompt Engineering
- AI automation
- AI-powered productivity tools
You will mentor learners, create hands-on learning experiences, and ensure training content remains aligned with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online training sessions on Generative AI concepts and real-world applications.
- Teach Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI productivity tools, AI automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Develop course materials, presentations, practical assignments, and capstone projects.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Midjourney, and other emerging platforms.
- Assess learner progress through projects, assignments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners pursuing AI-related roles.
- Foster an interactive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
- Continuously update course content to reflect the latest developments in Generative AI.
- Promote ethical AI practices and responsible use of AI technologies.
- Track learner attendance, performance, and feedback to ensure successful learning outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Artificial Intelligence
- Data Science
- Information Technology
- Or a related field
- Strong understanding of:
- Generative AI concepts
- Prompt Engineering
- AI applications
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms, including:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Claude
- GitHub Copilot
- Midjourney
- Or similar tools
- Preferred: Prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical workshops
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners with varying experience levels
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
