Role

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Generic Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our Integrated Community Stroke Service. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with therapists and nursing staff to support patients recovering from stroke.

You will play a key part in delivering personalised rehabilitation programmes, supporting interventions across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, nursing care, and aspects of clinical psychology. This is a highly fulfilling role where you can make a real difference, helping patients regain independence and confidence in their own homes.

Established in 2009 and expanded in April 2023 into the Integrated Community Stroke Service, our service provides specialist, community-based rehabilitation across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood. We support patients following an acute stroke, ensuring they receive high-quality care within their local community.

We are a passionate, supportive team committed to delivering patient-centred care and high clinical standards. Our focus is on enabling a smooth transition from hospital to home, optimising recovery, and improving quality of life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
