Summary
We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team in Reading. This role is vital in delivering exceptional catering and hospitality services that reflect our company's commitment to quality and innovation. Responsibilities
- Assist in food service operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of catering services.
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Support food preparation activities as needed.
- Uphold food safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that aligns with our company's values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or food service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a barista or in restaurant settings is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility and positive attitude.
