The Role
You will:
- Teach Geography across KS3, KS4 and KS5
- Deliver high-impact lessons covering climate change, urban development, global inequality, ecosystems and sustainability
- Support students in achieving top grades through targeted GCSE and A-Level exam preparation
- Use data and assessment to identify gaps and deliver effective intervention
- Contribute to a rich programme of fieldwork, including urban and coastal studies
- Play a key role in maintaining the department’s strong academic outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Geography Teacher (QTS) or strong ECT
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Geography in a real-world context
- Someone who can deliver engaging, structured, and academically rigorous lessons
- A teacher committed to raising attainment and closing gaps
- A team player who wants to contribute to a high-performing department
