Permanent Role | September Start | Inner London MPS/UPS: £40,317 – £62,496

The Role

You will:

  • Teach Geography across KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Deliver high-impact lessons covering climate change, urban development, global inequality, ecosystems and sustainability
  • Support students in achieving top grades through targeted GCSE and A-Level exam preparation
  • Use data and assessment to identify gaps and deliver effective intervention
  • Contribute to a rich programme of fieldwork, including urban and coastal studies
  • Play a key role in maintaining the department’s strong academic outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Geography Teacher (QTS) or strong ECT
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Geography in a real-world context
  • Someone who can deliver engaging, structured, and academically rigorous lessons
  • A teacher committed to raising attainment and closing gaps
  • A team player who wants to contribute to a high-performing department
