The role

We are looking for a Georgian-speaking Creative Producer to bridge strategy, creative development and production delivery. Working directly with the Creative and Production Directors, you will own the day-to-day execution of the project: developing briefs, managing suppliers, reviewing creative work and ensuring every asset is culturally credible, strategically sound and delivered to a high standard.

This is a senior individual contributor role in the UK. EU-based candidates are also welcome. You will be trusted to operate with significant autonomy, shape the creative output, and solve problems before they become obstacles.

This role exists because cultural accuracy and creative quality cannot be outsourced entirely. We need someone who can actively shape the work, not simply coordinate its delivery.

What you will do

  • Translate strategic intent into clear, actionable creative briefs.
  • Own supplier relationships from briefing through delivery, including creative review, feedback management and quality control.
  • Write and edit copy for reactive and responsive content, often to tight deadlines.
  • Review Georgian-language creative and translations to ensure accuracy, tone and cultural relevance.
  • Contribute ideas and creative thinking throughout concept development and production.
  • Manage feedback between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, keeping projects moving and standards high.
  • Identify risks early, resolve issues quickly and maintain delivery momentum without sacrificing quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are not looking for

  • People who need the concept handed to them before they can execute.
  • Pure creatives who have never managed production or supplier relationships.
  • Pure producers who have never written copy or challenged a creative decision.
  • If your answer to a tight deadline is to reduce the standard of delivery, keep looking.
  • People who rely on process instead of judgement.
  • People who see quality as negotiable when timelines become challenging.

Good to have

  • Russian language capability
  • Experience working on campaigns where trust, credibility or sensitive audience engagement were critical to success.

How we work

  • Small team, high expectations, low tolerance for process that does not serve the work.
  • Significant autonomy.
  • Strong commitment to both the brief and the quality of the work
  • We value pace, but never at the expense of standards
