Your Impact
At Consultant level, you will:
Technical Delivery
- Undertake geospatial analysis, data processing, and mapping tasks to support project delivery
- Work with spatial datasets to generate insights for infrastructure planning and design projects
- Apply standard tools and methodologies, ensuring consistency and quality of outputs
- Support the development of data visualisation and digital deliverables
- Contribute to the integration of GIS with wider digital engineering (e.g., BIM/GIS workflows)
Project & Client Contribution
- Deliver assigned tasks to time, cost, and quality requirements
- Support project teams in achieving client outcomes through effective data use
- Contribute to clear and structured outputs, including maps, dashboards, and reports
- Participate in project meetings and begin engaging with (initially internal) clients
Collaboration & Team Working
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure sectors
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
We are looking for a motivated early-career professional with a strong foundation in geospatial technologies and a desire to grow within a consultancy environment.
You will typically have:
- Experience in a GIS/geospatial role
- A relevant degree (e.g., GIS, Geography, Geospatial Science, Engineering, or similar)
- Experience using GIS platforms, ideally Esri ArcGIS (Pro, Online, Enterprise)
- Understanding of geospatial data management and analysis principles
- Exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, ModelBuilder, or FME
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Experience or interest in infrastructure sectors (e.g., transport, urban development, or planning) – advantageous but not essential
