WSP New Zealand is growing, and we’re looking for experienced engineers across Geotechnical, Bridge, Water and Transportation to join our regional teams across Aotearoa.

Opportunities are available across locations including Whangārei, Rotorua, Tauranga, Whanganui, New Plymouth, Napier, Nelson, Blenheim, and Invercargill - to name a few.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your discipline and experience, you’ll:
- Deliver high-quality engineering solutions in your field
- Work collaboratively across regional and national teams
- Contribute to design, site investigations and project delivery
- Prepare technical documentation and support construction monitoring
- Manage project timelines, budgets and risks
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Champion health, safety and wellbeing

About You
- Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (Washington Accord preferred)
- Ideally, a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Geotechnical, Bridge, Water or Transportation engineering (we have roles across various levels)
- Background in consulting environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative, proactive and client-focused mindset
- Full driver’s licence
