The Role: Geotechnical Engineers & Engineering Geologists (All Career Levels)
Location: UK (full-time or part-time basis available)
Enable sustainable development by addressing critical site-based challenges. Join a supportive team and contribute to innovative projects across:
Core Responsibilities

Reporting & Client Coordination:
- Produce professional, high-calibre reports
- Engage in specialist and client liaison

Technical & Analytical:
- Develop ground models and design parameters
- Analyze slopes, walls, foundations and geotechnical structures
- Assess ground risk and research site investigations

Project Delivery:
- Provide client-facing support in all project phases
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary collaboration

Sustainability & Innovation:
- Lead integration of higher sustainability standards
- Advance 3D data usage in project management

Field & Training:
- Supervise ground investigations and construction site work
- Apply and contribute to new geotechnical training frameworks to enhance career development for staff across all grades

Leadership (experienced roles):
- Initiate business development and complex-project leadership
- Mentor staff and foster learning through shared expertise
Key Skills & Attributes
We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- A strong foundation in ground risk assessment and site investigation
- Fluency in soil mechanics and engineering principles
- Clear, professional communication skills capable of producing top-tier reports and designs
- Ambition to pursue chartered-status qualification
- (For experienced professionals) Proven consultancy experience in ground-risk management and technical deliverables
