We are looking for Geotechnical Engineers & Engineering Geologists at all levels across the UK.
Roles are available on either a full-time or part-time basis.
About the Role
- Production of professional and technically competent reports, with specialist and client liaison
- Preparation of ground models and design parameters
- Analysis of slopes, walls, foundations, and other geotechnical structures
- Provision of support in all project delivery aspects, including client liaison and multi-discipline coordination
- Contribution to higher sustainability practices and 3D data utilisation in projects
- Site-based work, supervising ground investigation and construction
- Utilisation of the newly developed geotechnical training framework to develop yourself and colleagues at all levels, promoting collective learning
- For experienced professionals:
- Leadership in critical business development
- Management of complex projects
- Mentoring of staff

What We Will Be Looking For
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate:
- A fundamental appreciation of ground risk and site investigation
- A strong grasp of basic soil mechanics and engineering principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and design deliverables
- Ambitious progression towards chartered status
- For experienced professionals:
- Demonstrable and credible consultancy experience
- Ground risk management expertise
