We’re looking for Geotechnical Engineers & Engineering Geologists at all career levels across the UK, offering roles on a full-time or part-time basis.
About Your Role

- Produce professional and technically competent reports, with seamless liaison between specialists and clients.
- Develop ground models and set design parameters.
- Analyze slopes, walls, and foundations, as well as other geotechnical structures.
- Support full project delivery, including client consultation and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Drive sustainability improvements and explore advanced use of 3D data across projects.
- Supervise site-based work, including ground investigation and construction.
- Apply our new geotechnical training framework to grow, both personally and collaboratively, fostering a learning culture rooted in shared experiences.

Key Requirements
We’re seeking candidates who demonstrate:
- A fundamental appreciation of ground risk and site investigation.
- A strong grasp of basic soil mechanics and engineering principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and design deliverables.
- Ambitious progression towards chartered (e.g., IChemE, ICE, CIWEM, ACGI) status.
- For senior professionals, we look for examples of consultancy and ground risk management experience.
