As Geotechnical Team Lead, you will predominantly be office-based, with occasional site visits for training and audits.
The Role Will Include
- Line management of a small team of engineers
- Supporting the wellbeing and development of your team
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Overseeing project delivery and quality standards
Requirements
To be considered for this Geotechnical Team Lead role, you will have:
- Previous geotechnical or ground investigation experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A strong technical background
- A full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK
- Residence in or within a reasonable commute of the Northampton office
