German and Hebrew Speaking Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator (German & Hebrew) – Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

An internationally renowned company is seeking an Account Coordinator with fluent German and Hebrew skills to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will utilise their English, German and Hebrew language abilities to deliver Exceptional customer service, maximising sales opportunities through diverse communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional support via phone and email in German and Hebrew
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and proactive approach
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all customer interactions are thoroughly documented
