Main Duties
Your role will involve:
- Being the point of contact for customers and maintaining strong client relations
- Ensuring successful and long-lasting customer relationships to enhance customer retention
- Addressing customer concerns and implementing solutions to improve satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal departments as a liaison for clients
- Informing clients about our product portfolio and identifying opportunities for additional sales
- Monitoring customer spending patterns to provide personalised recommendations
- Supporting with client administration

The Role Expectations
The Account Coordinator must:
- Maintain long-standing, successful client relationships to boost retention
- Quickly and proactively address concerns and resolve issues >to increase satisfaction
- Liaise between customer interactions and internal departments
- Frequently highlight product opportunities, reinforcing trust and driving revenue
- Study customer spending behavior and suggest relevant growth strategies
- Handle basic client administration tasks

Requirements & Qualities
Essential Skills & Experience
- Fluency in German and Hebrew (written and spoken)
- Customer service or account management experience
- Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality
- Strong organisation, patience, and adaptability skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Proficient in basic IT skills
