German and Hebrew Account Coordinator – Watford A thrilling opportunity to join an international organisation and coordinate customer accounts while promoting client retention
Responsibilities
- End-to-end account administration: Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned customer accounts from start to finish (A-Z delivery).
- Client liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for your allocated clients, handling communication via:
- Telephone and email to:
- Answer inquiries
- Provide company updates
- Follow up on contracts

- Cross-departmental coordination: Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements.

About You
The perfect candidate will thrive in a fast-paced international setting, combining:
- Strong language proficiency: Fluent/business-level communication in both German and Hebrew (spoken and written).
- Exceptional customer care experience in roles such as:
- Customer service
- Administration
- Client support
- Account management (with a focus on product-related accountability).
- Technical fluency: Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems (e.g., Windows environments, Outlook, Office Suite).
- Soft skills:
- Highly developed interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and autonomously.
