We're seeing increased demand from clients for German qualified, German speaking commercial lawyers to support their legal teams during peaks in workload, team absences and business critical projects over the coming months.

We're keen to hear from lawyers based in the UK or Germany with 6+ years' PQE who are interested in flexible interim and project-based opportunities.

Typical work may include:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Technology, software and SaaS agreements
  • Data protection and privacy issues
  • General in-house legal support
  • Support on strategic projects and business initiatives

We're looking for lawyers who have:

  • German qualified
  • 6+ years' PQE
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong commercial contracts experience
  • In-house experience
  • The ability to work independently and quickly integrate into existing teams
