Your Role as a Business Development Representative? Connecting with industry leaders across trucking, construction, agriculture, and more. Building trusted client partnerships – not just quick wins. Driving your own success – we reward ambition, results, and a proactive mindset. What a Business Development Representative looks like? Fluent German speaker (essential). Graduate-level or early career professional with a hunger to succeed. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A full, clean UK/EU driving licence (you’ll need it for client visits).
