German-Speaking Business Development Representative

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company in the cybersecurity sector, known for its innovative technology, strong sales culture, and excellent career development opportunities.
With continued growth across the DACH region, they're looking to hire a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join their London-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to launch or accelerate their career in tech sales, with structured training, ongoing coaching, and a clear progression path into an Account Executive role.

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers across the DACH market. You'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building pipeline for the sales team.

Whether you're a recent graduate looking to start your career in SaaS sales or someone with early sales/customer-facing experience looking for your next challenge, this role offers the training and support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities across the DACH region
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Engage with prospective customers and understand their business challenges
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline generation and revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve activity and performance targets
  • Build strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German, both written and spoken
  • Recent graduate with a strong interest in building a career in sales, or existing experience in sales, business development, recruitment, customer service, telecommunications, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
  • Motivated by targets, KPIs, and personal development
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
