German Speaking Customer Supply Executive (Part-Time, Fixed Term Contract)

The Role
** contractors needed until August 2027. This is a part-time, fixed-term position working 4 hours per day in the mornings, managing day-to-day operations across our German retail customers and partners.
Responsibilities
The Customer Supply Executive will:

Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process for German B2B customers, ensuring:
- Orders are processed accurately
- Fulfillment aligns with forecasts and inventory expectations
- Clear communication across internal teams, customers, and 3PL partners

Key role areas:
- Data and systems management:
- Entering and reviewing ERP orders (including EDI approvals)
- Managing orders in line with accurate forecasts and available inventory
- Proactively escalating risks and ensuring systems remain error-free
- Masterdata support:
- Setting up and maintaining data (pricing, SKUs, systems)
- Ensuring high accuracy in setup and ongoing maintenance
- Customer and stakeholder communication:
- Acting as the first point of contact for 3PL teams and German sales
- Bridging connections between operations and other internal/external parties
- Responding to customer and partner inquiries
- Retail and promotional engagements:
- Supporting in-store shipper displays, forecasting, and new configurations
- Launch-readiness for new customers, products, or promotions
- Forecasting retail shipments and supporting operational launches
- Reporting and data-driven decisions:
- Tracking weekly and monthly service level performance
- Reporting on KPIs and fulfilment metrics
- Gathering insights to improve decision-making
- Relationship-building and collaboration across teams

What We’re Looking For
Essential requirements:
- Proficient German and English (spoken and written)
- 1+ year of experience in one of the following areas:
- Supply chain
- Customer supply
- Customer operations
- Administrative/data entry
- Customer service
- Technical and ERP confidence:
- Comfortable working with new systems and familiar with ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite)
- Data and detail orientation:
- Ability to interpret inventory/forecasts, maintain accuracy across systems
- Fast learner (especially with master data tasks)
- Communication and stakeholder management:
- Self-assured in meetings and discussions with both local and external partners
- Autonomy and adaptability:
- Adjusted to high-paced environments with multiple everyday tasks
- Proactive problem solver
