Your Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers of a renowned Swiss telecommunications company.

You will provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with administrative, billing, and product-related inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Update and maintain customer records within internal systems
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized departments when necessary
  • Identify relevant sales opportunities and promote suitable solutions
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction

Salary & Rewards

Base Salary: €1,636.14 Gross/Month

Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 Gross/Month

Training and Tenure Bonuses

Work Schedule

Flexible shift options designed to support different lifestyles:

  • Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00
  • Monday to Sunday

Available shift patterns:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • 6-hour shifts
  • 4-hour shifts

Potential future shift extension until 01:00 (currently not confirmed).

Work Model

Modern office located in Mega Park, Sofia

During your first months, you will work fully on-site to receive hands-on support and training.

Hybrid Opportunity After 4 Months

Based on performance and KPI achievement: 2 days of remote work, 3 days office-based

Training & Onboarding

No need to feel overwhelmed.

You will receive a fully paid 5-week training program designed to equip you with all the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to succeed in your role.

From product knowledge to communication techniques, you'll be supported every step of the way.
