German speaking Inside Sales Executive
Location: Leicester
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits
Ref: 4330SG
Main duties: Working within a designated territory, you will drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities while collaborating closely with the external sales team to maximise revenue and profitability.
The Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while generating strong sales pipeline.

Conduct outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded through the CRM system.

Work closely with the external sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, support campaigns and deliver excellent customer experience.

Negotiate pricing and agreements in line with business objectives and targets.

Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams.

Produce accurate sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, analyse customer and market trends and provide insights to support business growth.

- Maintain up-to-date customer records, monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling, upselling and product promotions.
Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
- French language skills a benefit but not a requirement
- Experience in inside sales, account management or business development needed
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills
- Organised, proactive and results driven
- IT literate with experience using CRM systems
Salary
Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits
