German-Speaking Recruitment Consultant | Warm Desk | London Join Optimus Search Optimus Search is looking for a German-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our established DACH division. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk within one of Europe's most active technology markets. You'll inherit existing client relationships, live vacancies, and an established candidate network, while continuing to grow your market and develop new business opportunities. We're looking for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys building relationships, speaking with people, and taking a proactive approach to business development. What You'll Be Doing Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification through to placement Working closely with existing clients and candidates across the German market Developing new client relationships and identifying growth opportunities Building and maintaining a high-quality candidate network Managing interview processes and offer negotiations Becoming a trusted market specialist within your chosen technology sector What We're Looking For Fluent German and English Previous recruitment or sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, driven, and resilient mindset Confidence speaking with clients and candidates over the phone A desire to build a long-term career within a high-performance environment Why Optimus Search?
