We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious individual to help expand our recruitment capability across the Energy Transition sector, with a particular focus on the German market.
About Mint Selection
Mint Selection is an independent, specialist search firm dedicated exclusively to the Renewable Energy ecosystem. We work closely with leadership teams across Europe and support some of the most dynamic, growth‑oriented companies in the sector. We’re entering a major scale‑up phase with plans to double our headcount over the next 12–24 months and broaden our European footprint.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, helping shape teams across the renewable energy landscape. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering directly with clients to understand hiring needs
- Identifying, assessing and engaging high‑calibre candidates
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Building long-term relationships within the German market
- Representing Mint Selection as a specialist search partner
- Contributing to the growth and development of our EU practice

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent German and English (additional languages welcome)
- 1–3 years’ recruitment experience (ideal, not essential)
- Ambitious, driven and proactive mindset
- Entrepreneurial approach with strong problem‑solving ability
- Resilience, initiative and a willingness to push through challenges
- Interest in Renewable Energy, CleanTech or Sustainability
- Bachelor’s degree helpful but not required
