German Speaking Delivery Consultant | Recruirement Consultant – Tech Roles into Germany
The Company
A specialist recruitment business focused on tech clients, from startups to stock market-listed enterprises. This role involves joining their delivery and account management team, primarily recruiting tech roles into Europe (with occasional non-tech placements to support other teams). Collaboration with top brands across the business, client meetings, and event attendance will be required.

The Role
Hire tech professionals mostly into Germany. A significant opportunity for skilled candidates to enhance their earnings through performance-based billing.
- Delivery-focused role (no direct BD expected unless joining the 360 team)
- Account management responsibilities included
The Package
- Base salary: Up to £42,000, adjusts based on experience and track record
- Commission: Uncapped with competitive rates (20%–30% on existing client placements)
- Resourcing split: 50%
- Hybrid working: 4 workdays in-office (Wednesdays hybrid/travel day)

The Requirements
Must meet ALL criteria:
- Recruitment/sales experience required
- Fluent German (role fully conducted in German)
- 4 in-office days per week minimum (per policy)
