German-Speaking SaaS Customer Enablement & Migration Lead
Location: Reading or London office (once a week) Contract: 1-year engagement Start Date: July 2026 Pay Structure: Daily rate (inside IR35), payrolled via Rockford Payroll
About the Role
Join Deloitte Operations to work with a global software vendor client, supporting deployment, migration, Enterprise Admin Console, identity, licensing, stakeholder engagement, and customer enablement. You’ll partner with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and Solution Consultants to drive better outcomes, reduce risk, and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end complex deployment and migration projects for large customer accounts
- Support customers with identity setup, user sync automation, domain enforcement, and identity conversion, acting as the Admin Console Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Deliver Admin Console consultations, advise on licensing and buying programs, and identify risks early with cross-functional teams
- Spearhead 1:Many IT education sessions and create reusable enablement content, including Admin Console deep dives
- Provide proactive insights, manage escalations, and support Customer Success & Account teams with stakeholder engagement

Experience & Skills Required
- Fluent English and German (written & spoken)
- Deep expertise in:
- Managing enterprise software admin consoles in a SaaS environment
- Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, and user management
- Strong project leadership for complex migrations and deployments
- Experience supporting enterprise security questionnaires or Digital Maturity Assessments
- Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling, organisation, and attention to detail

Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in:
- Customer Success
- Technical Product Support
- IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Experience with complex software licensing models
- Data analysis & reporting capabilities
- Familiarity with Software Asset Management (SAM) tools or SaaS admin portals (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera)
